Is it personalised?

Yep.

It's quite literally you telling me all your deepest darkest secrets and then me saying 'I reckon a leg press will fix that'

But seriously, I pride myself on truly giving a fuck about the client.

So from training, to nutrition, to figuring how best to motivate you, everything is fully personalised,

Can I train from home?

Yes, but you’ll need at least dumbbells and barbells as we’re a physique change programme. Gives you an excuse to crack out any of the shit you bought during covid.

How often do we communicate?

So there's a choice of a weekly or a biweekly check in.

If you choose the weekly you'll get video feedback each week, and biweekly is every other. Although I'm needy so I still send you a text on the in between week on biweekly.

Then you also have my WhatsApp which you're free to message me at anytime.

The only days i don't work are Saturday and Sunday (although again, I'm a bit of a loser so I sometimes do)

How much is it?
